He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Heslop and Gladys Heslop; his wife Sandra Gail Heslop; and his brother Bernard Heslop. He is survived by: his sister Pat Rolfe; his children, Jayne Robinson and Ian Heslop; his stepchildren, Brooke Stover (Tiffany), Franklin "Craig" McCollum (Angie) and Scott McCollum; and his grandchildren, Jessica Velasquez, Troy Robinson (Rina), Andrew Scharney, Lindsey Stover (James), Cameron Stover (Amanda), Clay McCollum, Clark McCollum (Lacey), Chase McCollum (Madison) and Zach McCollum.
