He is survived by: his sons, John J. Sullivan, Jr. (Diane Sullivan) and James Sullivan; his siblings, Vincent Trzcinski and Ann Sieron (Steve Sieron); his grandson Brian Sullivan (Andrea Sullivan); and his great grandchildren, Trevor and Connor Sullivan.
