She is survived by: her husband Jerald Burkhart of Port Orange, Florida; her sons, James Flagg (Lisa) of Salem, Jeffrey Flagg, Sr. and Lyn Kane of Crystal Lake, Illinois; her stepchildren, Theresa Demoret of Gothenburg, Nebraska and Michael Waters (Rae) of Cape Coral, Florida; and her grandchildren, Garrett Flagg (Malissa) of Newbern, Ashleigh Armstrong (Heath) of Medina, Allison Olden of Glen Carbon, Beth Ann Bishop (Mark) of Saint Louis, Jeffrey Flagg, Jr. of McHenry, Matthew Flagg of Belvedere, Nicholas Flagg of Belvedere, Rebecca Gronewald (Brian) of Gothenburg, Amanda Ristine (Kyam) of Gothenburg, Aaron Demoret, Joudan Matthies of Gothenburg, Kyle (Maria Demoret) of Centennial, Alyssa Demoret (Carson Hamilton) of Kearney, Jaimie (Marc Walton) of Edmonds, Kaitlin Burkhart of Seattle, Jared Burkhart of Everett and Kelly Burkhart of Edmonds, Washington. She is also survived by twenty-three great-grandchildren.
Pat received numerous awards and recommendations during her career including special recognition from the American Heart Association for her diligent efforts in community education.
