She was predeceased by: her husband Jeff Fernandez; her son Jeffery Fernandez II; her parents, Kenneth Haubenestel and Snoda Haubenestel (Profitt); and her sister Susan Harkins.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ted Haubenestel (Jan) and Jeannie Sanchez (Michael); her granddaughters, Sophia and Jazmyn; and her friend Carol.
