He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen and Dominic Sr.. He is survived by: his son Dominic Matias III (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Taina, Dominic IV and Eric; and his siblings, Elizabeth and Moses. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to The National Kidney Foundation to honor Dominic's memory.
