He was predeceased by: his father Juan Edwin Perez. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Valentin; and his siblings, Marcos Hernandez Valentin (Alejandra), Lesliebeth Hernandez-Valentin, Selena Valentin, Elizabeth Moreta and Katherine Perez-Valentin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, a host of extended family and many friends.

We are asking friends and the community that Edward lived and worked in for memorial donations to assist in honoring Edwards life with a funeral ceremony at his home church IDDPMI in Port Richey.
