She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Hazel and Harold Smith; her uncle Robert "Chopper" Smith; her nephew Jonathan Tremblay; and her friend Crystal Broome.

She is survived by: her husband Michael Stevens; her children, Danielle Stevens Robinson (De'Vell) and Michael Stevens; her grandchildren, Jaxson and Khalil Robinson; her mother Jane Smith Lemmon; her siblings, Mark Tremblay (Angie), Heath Tremblay (Sheri) and Laurie Tremblay Declet (Daniel); and her nieces and nephews, Trenton Riggins, Hunter Tremblay, Zachary Tremblay, TaKoda Riggins, Tianna Riggins and Tayla-Ja Riggins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to March of Dimes or a charity of your choice.
