He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth; his parents, Stuart and Janice; and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his daughters, Nadine, Nicole and Natalie; his grandchildren, Kiersten, Jilliann, Jayden, Gabby, Rachel, Hallie, Amelia and Carmine; his siblings, Stu, Barbara Maines (Michael), Carolyn Becraft (Steven) and Lisa Wieland (Chris); and his stepmother Barbara. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
