He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Monterey Ferdinand and Annie E. Weidemeyer; his wife Eleanor Weidemeyer; his daughter Anne Papadopoulos; his grandson Randy DeVilbiss; his daughters, Ruth Kelbel and Betty C. DeVilbiss; his grandchildren, Bonnie Clark, John Kelbel, Jr. and Christine Trousdale; and his great grandchildren, Anna Clark, Mary Cairns, William Clark, Geoffrey Trousdale and Erin Trousdale.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church at the above address.
