He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra (McKimm) and Lynette (Meeker); his son-in-law Russell; his grandchildren, Philip (Desiree), Steven, Christopher, Alyssa, Nick and James; and his great grandchildren, Raymond and Olivia.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Philip's name to Shriner's Hospital for Children at donate.lovetotherescue.org.
