He is survived by : his sons, Mitchal Garland (Marjorie) of Killeen, Anthony Garland (Carolyn) of Tallahassee, Donnell Garland (Tammi) of Tallahassee, Drexel Garland (Shabral) of San Angelo, Billy Charles Martin (Verine) of Crestview, James Fenn and Tommy Garland; his siblings, Clyde Garland (Mary) of Orlando, Kenny Garland (Penny) of Atlanta, Darin Garland of Port St, Patricia Leslie (Charles) of Miami, Annette Torres (Carlos) of Harrisburg and Debra Garland of Phoenix; his uncle Frederick Garland (Olivia) of Newark; and also, Waymon Bryant of Port St and John Bryant (Noy) of Panama City. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
