She was predeceased by: her parents, John Konecny and Anna Konecny; her siblings, Rita J. Hutchinson, Betty Kratchovil and Jimmy Konecny; and her in-laws, Nellie and John Gallick.
She is survived by: her husband John Michael Gallick of Fort Pierce, FL; her children, LeAnne Carangelo of Port St, Jean Marie Bernards of Port St and John Jay Gallick of McMinnville, OR; her children-in-law, Jim Carangelo and Kim Hyland; and her sisters, Helena Bradley of Binghamton, NY and Annie Tierney of Fishkill, NY. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Haisley Funeral & Cremation Service (3015 Okeechobee Rd, Fort Pierce, FL 34947). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in Carol's honor.
