He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Virgil and Phyllis Virgil (DeToma); his brother-in-law Michael Colondrillo; and his niece Janice Colondrillo. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Virgil; his children, Charles J. Virgil III and Denise; his siblings, Joan Colondrillo and Louis; and his sister-in-law Annette Virgil.
