He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hoertt (Black); his sons, Patrick Hoertt (Julie) and Alan Hoertt (Carrie); his grandsons, Jacob (Olivia), Andrew, Alexander, Samuel, Maxwell and Joseph Hoertt; and his siblings, Gary (Carol), Gregory Hoertt (Susan), Christine Stewart (Allan), Sheryll McClain, Lola Rogers and Mary Sears.
