He was predeceased by: his father James Andrews; his siblings, Wayne Andrews and Sheila Andrews; and his daughter-in-law Ashley Waltz Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Andrews; his children, Christina Paulk, Elizabeth Andrews and Joseph Andrews; his grandchildren, Brittanie Andrews, Eric Paulk, Kaitlyn Paulk, Kevin Paulk, Mary Katherine Paulk and Harper Andrews Paulk; and his siblings, Roger, Sr., Alvin, Sr., Darrell and Renee. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
