He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Melinsky and Marie Melinsky; and his son Donald Melinsky. He is survived by: his wife Patricia K Melinsky; his sister Margaret Whiting; his daughter Judith Franco; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Melinsky; his grandchildren, Nicolle, Lucas, Alexa, Kimberly and Derek; and his great grandchildren, Marin and Iris.

In lieu of flowers, a suggested donation to St Bernadette Parish Building Fund would be appreciated.
