We bid farewell to James H Douglas of Port Saint Lucie, Florida, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 1, 2025 at the age of 78. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his brothers, Bill and Ralph. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Leanne Franklin (Shawn) and Robert James Douglas; his grandson William Franklin; his siblings, Helen and Ron; his sister-in-law Barbara Magahey; and his pet Kali. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
