He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carver Buccacio and Judith Thibodeau; his stepfather Steve Flis; and his sister Stephanie Buccacio. He is survived by: his wife Erin "Sunshine" Buccacio; his children, Heather "Firecracker Baby" Mason and Dean Mason; his siblings, Judith Bukirch, Richard Buccacio, Christine Brown, Paul Buccacio, Christopher Buccacio and Derrick Buccacio; his in-laws, Philip, Rebecca Morris, Cheryl Lynn Morris and Dave Nichols; his grandchildren, Chloe, Violet, Caleb, Isabella, Mathias, Samuel and Nora; Susan Flis.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Yates Funeral Home and Cremation Services (7951 S U. S. Hwy 1, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 23rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the South Florida National Cemetery (6501 S State Rd 7, Lake Worth, FL 33449).
