He is survived by: his father Theron Henry; his wife Teresa Brown (Terri); his children, Gary Cook of Roswell, GA and Mindy Cook Tanner Smith of Umatilla, FL; his grandchildren, Amber Reul of Chelsea, AL, Nicole Mason of Sunrise, FL, Amber Evans, Steven Hopler, Kennedy Cook, Grant Cook, Reagan Cook, Mikayla, Henry Reul, Riley Mason and Logan Mason; and his siblings, Sharon Cook of Panama City, FL, Carlton Cook of Tallahassee, FL and Nancy Cook of Birmingham, AL..
The family has requested no flowers, rather donations, if desired, to the Cornerstone Baptist Church or American Legion Post 321, Port St. Lucie, FL.
