He was predeceased by: his parents, Leff Lowe and Beulah Lowe; his siblings, Ben, Pete, Cecil, Ruth, Esther, Mary Jo and Delia; and his son Steve.
He is survived by: his wife Joy; his children, Karen Demers (Ross) and Roger Lowe (Diane); his daughter-in-law Cindy Lowe; and his grandchildren, Sonya, Brett, Matt, Levi, Lacy, Cody, Lauryn and Landon. He is also survived by 12 Great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cherished friends.
