He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Evans and Mildred Evans (Woodbeck); his brothers, Larry and Ronald; and his nephew Stephen Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Deanna Heishman (Larry), Matthew, Jerrekia and Anthony Evans; the mother of his children Jill M. McShane; his grandson Sebastian Evans; his sister Jayne Harasim (David); and his sisters-in-law, Linda and Mary Ellen Evans.
