She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Bisbey and Edith Bisbey (Deeter); her granddaughter Allie Dee Marinzel; her stepfather Charles Walker, Sr.; and her sibling's children, Susan Jeannerett and Steven Jeannerett.
She is survived by: her husband Charles J. Baiera, Jr.; her daughters, Debra Baiera Swift (Gary Bistarkey) of Washington, PA, Cheryl Baiera Acker of Saegertown, PA, Crystal Baiera Marinzel (Ron) of Davidsonville, MD and Connie Baiera Segal (Jim) of Erie, PA; her stepdaughter Elena Marie Ferraro of Meadville; and her siblings, Judy Bisbey Jeannerett of Conneautville, PA and Charles "Buster" Walker, Jr. of Florida. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
