He was predeceased by: his parents, Tressel A. Fader and Irene M. Fader (McNeil); his wives, Janice Fader (MacLachlan) and Candace Fader (Prather); his son Andrew Fader; and his sisters, Jacqueline Smith and Marilyn Hollister.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Gardner and Carrie Kintz (Brian); his grandchildren, Alixandria, Kori, Faith and Cassandra; his great grandchild Elijah; and his siblings, Roberta Eisinger and James Fader (Cindy).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to one of the music programs in which he was involved.
