He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Sr. Goodwyne and Lorraine Goodwyne. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Lea Goodwyne; his children, Rebecca Goodwyne and Earl Anselm Goodwyne III; his daughter-in-law Laurie Goodwyne; his grandson Cody Goodwyne; his sister Brenda Dill; and his brother-in-law David Dill.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Roberson Funeral Home (215 Mary St, Punta Gorda, FL 33950). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Roberson Funeral Home Punta Gorda Chapel (215 Mary St, Punta Gorda, FL 33950). The military honors was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Indian Spring Cemetery (9500 Indian Springs Road, Punta Gorda, FL 33950).
