He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sr. Fowler and Evelyn Fowler; his wife Geraldine (Outland); his son Richard Fowler; and his sisters, Barbara Sember (Gene), Patricia Fowler and Mary Lou Moore (Glen).
He is survived by: his son Anthony Fowler (Susan); his granddaughter Angela Parslow (Timothy); his brother Bill Fowler (Helen); and his close friend Pat Zimmer (PatiO). He is also survived by 3 great-grandsons.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society in his name.
