He was predeceased by: his daughter Cynthia Lee Swihart. He is survived by: his significant other Ruth Bramlet; his son Jeff Swihart (Debbie); and his great grandchildren, Tammi Russell-Haller (Steven Haller), Missy Sloan (David) and Mike Farley (Lisa).
