He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hartley and Hertha Hartley. He is survived by: his close friend Kathleen Hartley (Hudson); his children, Jacob Hartley, Laurie King (Hartley) and Johnny Hartley; his siblings, Cary Hartley, Drew Hartley, Yvonne Ervin and Yvette Heywood; and his grandson Gavin Perkins.
