He is survived by: his husband Chace Horner; his parents, Marc Fratina and Rachel Fratina; his siblings, Troy Fratina, Kyle Fratina and Kaitlyn Fratina; his nieces and nephews, Layla, Jamie, Emma and Xander; and his grandparents, Deborah Thomas, Howard Thomas and Linda Fratina.
