He was predeceased by: his wife Marta. He is survived by: his son Sam III (Karen); his grandchildren, Andrea Frohlich (Chris) and David Burchers; his son Bryan (Mary); and his granddaughters, Elizabeth Brust (Matt) and Laura Burchers.
