She was predeceased by: her father Jerry Michaud; her husband Steven N. Blais; and her son Bradley James. She is survived by: her daughter Amy (Thomas W. McCabe) of Potsdam, NY.; her grandchildren, Paige Erin McCabe of Rochester, NY and Thomas H. McCabe of Potsdam, NY; and her siblings, Ruth Mitchell of Lakeland, FL, Patrick Michaud (Kay) of Potsdam, Sallie Thornton of Brewerton, NY, Tess Alsup (Terry) of Port Charlotte, FL, Kathy Peets, Christine Newcomb (Gary) of Syracuse, NY, Caroline Pierce (Ken) of Chittenango, NY and Thomas Michaud. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
