We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2018, at the age of 79, Constance Ann Valentine (Ridge Manor, Florida), born in New Windsor, Maryland passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Constance Ann Valentine to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parent Russell M. Koontz; and her sisters, Vivian Parry and Patsy Green. She is survived by : her parent Bernice Yohn Koontz; her spouse Rodney E. Valentine Sr.; her son Mike Valentine of Brooksville, FL; her daughter-in-law Kim Valentine of Brooksville, FL; her siblings, Bonnie Seibel-Talbert (Harold) of New Windsor, Judy Coe (Jack) of New Windsor and Manro Koontz of Westminster; her friend Ron Holmlund; and also Jeannette Koontz of Westminster.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to New Windsor Volunteer Fire Dept., P.O. Box 247, New Windsor, MD 21776.
