She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Lewellen and Mary Lewellen of Elwood, IN; and her siblings, Norma Jean Kendall of Elwood, IN, Marilyn Hasler of Converse, IN and Robert Lewellen (Bob) of Elwood, IN.
She is survived by: her husband John F. Conwell; her children, Robin Conwell-Fassio (Art), Kim Ott, David Conwell (Natalie) and Jeff Conwell; her sister Cheryl Burton (Richard); and her sister-in-law Carol Lewellen of Elwood, IN. She is also survived by 3 nephews, 1 niece, 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
