He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Hyden and Nellie Hyden; his sons, Terry and Jerry; his stepdaughter Kathy Sue Newkirk; and his brother Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his stepson James Via (Angelica); and his grandsons, Jesse and Jeremy. He is also survived by two brothers and two sisters.
