He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorraine MacFarland and Howard MacFarland Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara M. MacFarland; his daughters, Nancy Lake (Charlie) and Janet; his stepsons, David and Scott Hilliard; his siblings, Richard MacFarland (Susan) of Toms River and Linda Letts (John) of Macungie Pennsylvania; and his daughter Patricia A. Foxhill. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 5 great children, nieces and nephews.
