He is survived by: his wife Kimberly K. Dias; his children, Jeremiah Dias (April), Sarah Cowles (Evan), Grace Dias Monteiro (Perry), Gabriel Dias, Justin Carioti (Brittany), Lindsey Carioti and Brandon Carioti; his grandchildren, Caiden, Aspen, Amelia and Conrad; his siblings, Tony Dias (Carol), Gloria Cabral (John) and Esther Williams (James); and his parents-in-law, Joan and Russell Goodwin.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the River Church West Palm (3650 Shawnee Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33409). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
