She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Wright and Stephen Klemko Sr.; and her brother Steven Klemko Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Tim, Tracie, Terry and Tricia; and her husband Mike. She is also survived by her 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Cancer Society.
