He was predeceased by: his parent John Arthur; his brother Mike Slavens; and his mother-in-law Nellie Fraley. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Elizabeth Slavens (Moore); his wife Donna Jean Slavens (Fraley); his children, Jessica Williams of West Chester and Donnie R. "Ray" Slavens (Brandy) of Springboro, OH; his grandchildren, Cody Williams of Hamilton, Isaac Slavens of Cincinnati, Sophia Bunce of Springboro and Rylan Slavens of Springboro; his great grandchild Raelynn Williams; his siblings, Arthur Slavens (Debby) of Westwood, Roger Slavens (Debbie) of Valrico and Jonna Page (David) of Gilbertsville; his sister-in-law Norma Slavens of Wurtland; and his father-in-law Jessie Fraley (Jean) of Trenton.
