He is survived by : his wife Michele; his children, Jack Jr., Kelly Newton (Bill) and Amy Rachel; his grandchildren, Ian Kuhn (Alyssa), Lacey Soldinger (Heather), Jack III, Jake, William and Emily; his sister Patricia Bramlett; and his niece Joy Galatro (Kurt).
