He is survived by: his father Emanuel Koutelas; his spouses, Frances Nix and Carol; his children, Darren Koutelas (Debra), Angie Young (late Jimi) and Kathy Maltby St (John); his grandchildren, Darren Koutelas Jr., Alexandrea Koutelas, Jeremy Young (Holly), Corey Young (Jena) and Hannah Head St (Jared); and his siblings, Alice Roberts, George Koutelas and Earl Koutelas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
