She was predeceased by: her husband Mitchell Lesperance; and her grandparents, Sylvester Blevins, Ladona Blevins (Stepp), Junior and Emma Hayslip.
She is survived by: her parents, Phillip Blevins and Connie Blevins (Hayslip) of Lynx, OH; her grandmother Betty Horsley of Blue Creek, OH; her daughter Brianna Williams of St. Cloud, FL; her sister Tessa Blevins of Blue Creek, OH; and her grandchild Jaycee. She is also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
