He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Costantion and Mary Costantion (Gerlando); his wife Vivian Costantino; and his siblings, Catherine Ramirez and Dominick Costantino.
He is survived by: his son Sean J. Bell (Abigail) of Kissimmee, FL; his siblings, Linda Costantino (Ralph) of Binghamton, NY, Anna Monge Brightwell (Eugene) of Winter Garden, FL, Rosie Golowatyi, Albie Constantino (Rossane) of Winter Garden, FL and Jimmy Constantino (Irene) of Brooklyn, NY; his sister-in-law Rosemarie Costantino of Bronx, NY; his grandchildren, Peyton M. Bell and Mark Angelo Bell; and his nieces, Laurie Finkenbinder (Tim) of Yukon, OK and Carmela Fogarile (Rob). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
