She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Dennis Armstrong and Garnet Armstrong; her son Jay D. Horner of Plant City, FL; her siblings, Mary Snider, Sue Burkey and Dennis Armstrong, Jr; and her grandchildren, Dawn Veon and Keith Emrick. She was also cherished by six great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
