She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Durbin and Alma Durbin (Hazzard); her husband Thomas J. Balsano; and her daughter Christie Bragonier. She is survived by: her son Thomas Balsano III (Antonella Di Meo) of Cumming, GA; her granddaughters, Jessica Page of Orlando, FL and Kaley Page (Alessio Pena) of Altamonte Springs, FL.; and her siblings, Martha Labar of Louisville, KY, Harry Durbin of Wilmington, DE, Morris Durbin of Louisville, KY. and Joseph Durbin of Louisville, KY..
Due to Covid-19 concerns, the family has decided not to have a funeral service at this time; a memorial celebration of Dolly's life will be held later this year.
In lieu of flowers, as a testimony to the love Dolly had for her daughter, the family asks that donations be made in her name to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
