She is survived by: her husband William Chenault; her son Bob Bellamy (Cindy Bellamy); her grandchildren, Nick Bellamy and Amanda Phinazee (Benson Phinazee); her great grandchild Little Nicky Bellamy; and her sister Janie Kelly.
