He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Atkins and Bertha Atkins (Tucker); his brother Charles Atkins; and his sister-in-law Cathy Fisk. He is survived by: his wife Denise Fisk; his brothers, Mike Atkins (Jackie) of Kissimmee, FL and Dewayne Hemric (Jewell) of Georgia; his stepsons, Jeremy Dingler (Shiloh) of Georgia and Brandon Dingler of St. Cloud; his grandchildren, Camden Dingler of Georgia and Raiden Dingler of Cocoa, FL; his mother-in-law Audrey Fisk; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Halas, Ralph Fisk, Jr. and Joyce Atkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
