Gary Royal Elwell Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary Royal Elwell of Saint Cloud, Florida, born in Danbury, Connecticut, who passed away on November 16, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth McCarthy Elwell; and his parents, Wayne Horton Elwell and Gloria Beers Elwell. He is survived by: his children, Joe Elwell, Lisa Baldwin, Scott Elwell (Ann) and Jeanne Gebert (Wayne); his grandchildren, Joseph, David, Ryan, Sarah, Tyler, Megan, Michael and Hailey; his great grandchild David Jr.; and his siblings, Wayne (Izzy), George (Marianne), Lucille, Gaye (Cecil), Gloria and Sheree. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name can be made to the Marine Corps Heritage Foundation.
