He is survived by: his wife Myra Hernandez; his children, Karen Rionda of Orlando, FL, Zulma Hernandez of Davie, FL, David Hernandez of Davie, FL., Daniel Hernandez of Davie, FL. and Nathaniel Hernandez of Davie, FL.; and his brother Roberto Hernandez.
