With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merl Bartels (Saint Cloud, Florida), born in Northwood, New Hampshire, who passed away on June 24, 2018 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Harold "Buddy"; her brother-in-law Frances Carlson (William); and also, Duke Seavey and Fred Seavey (Barbara). She is survived by: her children, Wellington Phillips Bartels, III (Sally), Richard Bartels, Tom Bartels and Joan Bartels Puglia (Allen Cole); and her siblings, Phyllis Powers of Tulia, TX, Donald Seavey (Jean) of Sparks, NV, Robert Seavey (Carol) and Fort. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 2 great- great grandchildren and many other relatives.
