He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Howard and Anna Mackoy. He is survived by: his wife Frances Howard of St. Cloud; his children, Amorette (Barry) of North Carolina, Alisia (Mark) of Apopka, FL and Robby (Christine) of St. Cloud, FL; his stepsons, Timothy (Denise) of Merritt Island and Jimmy (Janice) of Sarasota, FL; his sister Anne; his grandchildren, Caylie, Cassie, Carter, Jessica, Joshua, Richard (Tabby), Taylor, Jared and Aiden; his great grandchildren, Loretta and Raylan; his sibling's children, Sheri (Mark), Kathryn (Jim) and Jimmy (Kim); his great-nephews, Brody and Hutch; his great-niece Jenna; and his sister-in-law Martha (Glen). He is also survived by his children, and his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
