He is survived by : his wife Pat Johnsen of St. James City, FL; his children, Janet Salisbury (Sean), Edward Crawley of Clark Sumit, PA and Michael Crawley (Leonisa) of Tillson, NY; his brother Sigurd Johnsen (Catherine) of Oregon; and his grandchildren, Britt, Caitlin, Brendan and Jonathan.
